Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients

One Banana
2 or 3 Ice Cubes
Just enough water for the mixture to blend in blender or Magic Bullet
Directions
1. Take one banana and break it into about 6 pieces
2. Place the banana in your Magic Bullet or other blender.
3. Add just enough water to the the banana to aid it it blending well.
4. Add 2 or three ice cubes.
*5. Optional: Add some benefiber or a teaspoon of yogurt (plain/nonfat) to to the mix to assist with digestive health.
6. Securely place top on blender and blend until the mixture is smooth.
7. Drink and enjoy
