Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)
    * Apple juice, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 3 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    * Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 24 oz (remove)

Directions

Combine cranberries with apple cider in sauce pan; bring to boil, turn off heat and let soak 10 mins.
Heat oil in skillet over med high heat and cook onions and mushrooms until mushrooms begin to brown.
Remove to a plate.
Add 1/3 of cider to skillet; bring to boil.
Add pork brown 8-10 mins turning once.
Add mushrooms, cranberries and remaining soaking cider; bring to boil again.
Cook until pork is no longer pink in center.
