Ingredients

2 eggs
1/8 cup sugar substitute
100ml Danon tropical flavored yogurt drink, fat free & no added sugar
125g (1 container) Danon pineapple yogurt, fat free & no sugar added
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 bananas
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325. Prepare muffin tin with muffin papers or non-stick spray.
2. In a small bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl mash bananas and set aside.
4. In a large bowl beat eggs and vanilla with a hand mixer on high until they begin to lighten and foam. Gradually whip in tropical yogurt drink and then pineapple yogurt while still mixing with hand mixer.
5. Fold in flour gently and then when about half mixed fold in mashed bananas. Do no mix too thoroughly or muffins will not rise.
6. Spoon in to the muffin tins & place 3 pecan halves on each muffin top.
7. Bake in oven 20-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Makes 12 muffins.
