    1 cup uncooked Minute brown rice
    2 eggs
    2 cans water-packed tuna
    1 regular can stewed tomatoes


Mix rice with tuna and eggs; pour into sprayed medium casserole dish. Pour can of stewed tomatoes over tuna-rice mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
