    1 leftover bird from recipe Crockpot Bacon-wrapped Cornish Game Hens
    1/2 recipe Pasta Chi-Chi
    1/2 head raw cauliflower, chopped
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 cups water
    1 cup dry white wine
    1 can yellow sweet corn
    1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
    1/2 cup chopped onion


Put chicken broth, water, wine, onion and raw cauliflower in a large pot, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. While cauliflower is cooking, clean game hen and set bones aside to make your own chicken broth. Add chicken, poultry seasoning, and corn and simmer 25 minutes. Add leftover Pasta Chi-Chi and heat thoroughly. Serve.

Makes more than I expected - I calculate we'll get 10 one to one and a third cup servings. We'll have Nabisco's Hint of Salt Saltines with it, nice low sodium count in them. (Not counted in nutrition listing)
