THIS IS A VERY GOOD TRADITIONAL JAPANESE DISH. HOWEVER, IT IS HIGH IN SODIUM, SO I SUGGEST ONLY 1/4 CUP SERVING. I MAKE A HUGE BATCH SO I CAN FREEZE FOR LATER.     1 CUP OF GREEN BEANS
    1/2 CUP OF BAMBOO SHOOTS
    1/2 CUP OF WATER CHESTNUTS
    1 CAN OF LIGHT RED KIDNEY BEANS
    1/2 CUP OF CANNED MUSHROOMS
    2 PACKS OF GOLDEN CURRY MILD
    1 PACK OF GOLDEN CURRY MEDIUM HOT
    6 CUPS OF WATER
    COOKED GROUND BEEF (OPTIONAL)

Directions

DRAIN AND POUR EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND COOK FOR 15-30+ MINUTES. CURRY WILL THICKEN THE LONGER YOU COOK.
