Very easy when using prepackaged fresh veggies! Very easy when using prepackaged fresh veggies!
Number of Servings: 6


    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed, sliced into thin strips
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Rice Noodles, 2 cup
    *Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Snow Peas, Carrots) Birds Eye - 87g, 2 cup
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Ginger, ground, 3 tsp


Makes 6 servings, 1 cup in size.

Make rice noodles according to package.
Heat wok or skillet with sesame oil added.
Add chicken breast and cook, stirring frequently, until no longer pink on the outside.
Add vegetables and stir into chicken.
Combine Soy Sauce, ginger, and garlic in a mug.
Drain noodles and add to veggie/chicken mix. Pour sauce over vegetable/chicken/noodle mix. Stir until veggies are cooked but firm.
