Ingredients

    Minced Garlic
    Olive oil
    2 Eggs
    Green Pepper
    Green Onions
    Cherry tomatoes
    colbyjack cheese
    Frank's red hot sauce
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Heat olive oil, brown garlic, toss in green peppers, green onion, tomatoes, cook for two minutes on high, season with salt and pepper, crack two eggs and mix them in with veggies, cook two minutes, add shredded cheese to top cook for one minute, stir it all up and top with hot sauce.
