    16 oz ground turkey
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 (30 oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 c chopped onion
    1 jalapeno or chili pepper
    spices to taste
    1.5 cup shredded 2% cheddar
    8 tbsp light sour cream


Sautee onion. Add turkey and brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, pepper, and spices of choosing. Allow to simmer until sauce thickens and turkey is cooked through. Top with cheese and sour cream.
