    1/2 cup red wine
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    8 small Fuji apples
    3 tbsp cinnamon
    1/3 cup honey


Dice apples. Mix all ingredients in large glass bowl. This can be eaten right way, but it's best when marinated for at least a half hour! Cover and refrigerate for a half hour. Mix again. Refrigerate more. This is one of those things that get better as it ages.
