Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 green tea bags
    fatty boneless white and dark chicken or turkey meat
    12 c water, preferably filtered
    1 t salt
    1 medium whole onion
    1 large clove garlic
    4 T fresh chopped parsley

Directions

Simmer meat in water. Add salt, onion, garlic, parsley. Cover and simmer for at least 2-1/2 hrs. Remove meat, add tea bags to steep for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and strain, if desired. Cool and store for use in chili, soup and stews. Servings dependent upon amount of water used.
