    300 g cooked pasta shells
    1 can tuna packed in water
    0.5 Cup chopped green peppers
    0.5 cup chopped red peppers
    1 large zucchini chopped
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    0.5 cup water
    3 oz cheddar or marble cheese


saute veggies in pan
cook pasta as directed
mix cooked drained pasta with the veggies and the drained tuna in a baking pan
top with sauce and water mixed
shred the cheese over top
bake in oven for approx 20 min until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
spices can be added to taste if you like (my kids like it plain) Enjoy.
