    2.5 lbs Chicken Breasts
    2 small cans Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    2 pkgs Good Seasons Garlic and Herb (dry salad dressing mix)
    1 cup College Inn Light and Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 large Onion
    2 TBSP Blue Bonnet Light margarine
    2 8oz pkgs Fat Free Cream Cheese
    Rice or noodles (Not added in calorie count)


Place chicken in crockpot. Melt 2 TBSP of light margarine. Lightly coat chicken with margarine and sprinkle with Garlic and Herb mix. Cook chicken on low for 6 hours or high for 4. About 45 mins before you are ready to eat. Brown onions in pan, then add soup broth and cream cheese. Stir all together until smooth. Pour over top of chicken and cook 30-45 mins. Place on top of rice or noodles.
