    1.25 lb lean ground turkey
    1 pkg taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c salsa
1 (8oz) can reduced fat crescent rolls
    1 1/2 c crushed corn chips
1 (8oz) reduced fat sour cream
1 c reduced fat 2% shredded mexican cheese

Brown turkey in large skillet: drain. Add seasoning mix, water and salsa. Simmer for 5 minutes. Spread the crescent dough in 9 inch pie plate to form crust. I put the points of each triangle in the middle of the pie plate and move my way around the pie plate. Press edges together at seams. Sprinkle 1 cup of crushed chips on crust bottom, reserving remaining chips. Spoon meat mixture onto chips. Spread sour cream over the meat. Cover with shredded cheese and sprinkle on the remaining corn chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut into 8 pie shaped servings. Serve with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and additional salsa if desired. Additional ingredients not included in nutritional stats.
