    2 cans black beans
    1/2 onion sliced
    4 hard boiled eggs
    to taste: garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin

    2 cups vegetable broth

    a pat of butter


saute garlic and onion in butter. add remaining ingredients and cook through on med low heat.

serve with peeled hard boiled egg
