    1 lb asparagus spears, trimmed
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp unsalted butter
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 kosher salt


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Add asparagus to large sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Toss with butter and spices until well coated. Spread spears out on pan so they don't touch
3. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or to desired degree of carmelization
