Ingredients

    4 cups chopped potatoes with skin
    6 teaspoons lite margarine
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup onion
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

placed diced potatoes and onion in 5 quart pan, fill with water about 3 inches over the potaotes.
once the potatoes are done, drain keeping the cooked onion in pan, add margarine, milk and salt and pepper to taste. mash to consitancy referance.
