    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    6 ounces lean ground pork
    1/3 cup minced onion
    1/3 cup catsup
    1/4 cup Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs-All Natural, whole wheat style (1/4 cup=20grams
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
    1 teaspoons garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1) Preheat the oven to 350°F. By hand, thoroughly mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Pack the mixture into a 9"x 5"X3" loaf pan.
2) Bake for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until the meat loaf is firm to the touch in the center, golden brown on the top and has pulled away from the sides of the pan. Transfer to a platter. Cut crosswise into slices.
