    Chicken Breast, no skin, 15 ounces
    Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Creamy Unsalted Peanut Butter, .5 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper, chopped
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .13 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .13 tsp
    Curry powder, .25 tsp
    Tahini, .13 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz


Cut the chicken is five similar size pieces. Make a marinate with the pineapple, jalapeno, tahini, soy sauce, peanut butter and spices. Can add more of anything to taste (not calculated in calorie count).
Let is sit for at leat half an hour for flavors to season chicken.
Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Saute chicken to brown. cover and let cooke in mediun high heat for about 8 to 10 minutes. Add water and let it finish cooking, covered.
