    4 cups strawberries
    1/4 cup Splenda
    2 cups Bisquick Heart Healthy
    5 tablespoons Splenda for Baking (plus more for sprinkling - optional & not included in nutritional value)
    4 tablespoons "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter," melted
    Cool Whip Light (6 servings in nutritional info)


In a medium bowl, mix the strawberries with splenda and refrigerate.

In another bowl, mix the Bisquick, milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar and melted "butter" until you have made a soft dough. Drop large spoonfuls (6) onto baking sheet. Sprinkle with extra splenda.

Bake until brown (about 10-15 minutes).

Top the warm shortcakes with strawberries and Cool Whip. Yum!
