Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients:
    1 cup whole wheat flour (11 g of fiber/serv)
    1 cup whole wheat flour (1 g of fiber/serv)
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp Splenda
    3 Tbsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    Wet ingredients:
    3 egg whites
    2 cups 1% milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup applesauce

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine and mix wet ingredients on another. Add wet ingredients to dry. Mix well. Measure batter with 1/4 measure and fry in pan with some nonstick spray. Flip when there are several bubbles. Look for a nice brown color. This recipe makes 9 servings of 2 pancakes each, using the 1/4 cup measure. Enjoy!
