    2 large head of iceberg lettuce

    1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast
    4 cups of slaw mix
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    1 tbs of grill seasoning
    1.5 tsp of olive oil

    1 lg cucumer and 1 large carrot julienned
    2 tbs vinegar
    2 tsp sugar

    2 tbs peanut butter
    1 tbs soy sauce
    water to thin


cut chicken into thin strips add garlic and grill seasoning and saute in ovile oil until done, add cole slaw mix and continue to cook for 5 mins untl slaw mix starts to wilt. place in lettuce leaves and top with cucumber/carrot mixture and drizzle with peanut sauce. makes 4 servings 4 wraps each.
