Ingredients

    1 Lb Ground Deer
    3 Cans Black Beans
    1 Can Corn
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes
    1 Can Tomato Sauce
    1 Chopped Onion
    1 1/2 cups Water
    1 Can Rotel
    1 PKG Ranch Dressing Mix
    1 PKG Taco Seasoning

Directions

Brown Ground Deer with onion. Make sure to rinse meat to get all grease off although deer doesn't have much. Pour all ingredients into crock pot. Let heat up. I pour mine over tortilla chips and top with fat free cheese. Make sure to count calories and fat in the chips and cheese. Serving 1 cup

    I hate adding recipes. It is so hard and they don't have the nutritional info right. I might try it with ground turkey. I made sloppy joes the other night with it and it turned out good. There are just some things you can't use deer for.
