    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
    2 tablespoons shallots, minced
    1 tablespoon Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 teaspoons Kikkomans Lite soy sauce
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oi.
    1/2 teaspoon oil, sesame
    black pepper


1) Combine all ingredients and whisk to blend well.
2) Store in refrigerator for a short period.
3) Serve with hearty salads, fish, beef, or vegetable chunks.
