    1 lb chicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces
    1 med onion, sliced
    1/2 red pepper, sliced
    1 lb broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
    3 tbsp canola or peanut oil


Heat oil in wok over high heat. Add chicken and brown. Remove to bowl. Add onion and pepper to wok. Cook til they begin to soften. Add a little hot water to keep from sticking instead of more oil. Remove to bowl with chicken. Add broccoli to wok with small amount of hot water. Cook til barely tender. Return chicken, onion and peppers to wok along with brown garlic sauce.   • I made this after searching this site for a good recipe. It was an excellent choice. Thanks you for sharing this. I added mushrooms and used scallions instead of onions but it was still great. - 6/11/09
