Yup, just a basic soup Yup, just a basic soup
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Vegetable broth or boullion
    Water
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Soup greens and spices as desired
    Couscous, .5 cup, dry
    Green Beans (canned), 2 cup or other veggies
    Lentils, .75 cup dry
    Carrots, 2 carrot
    Onions, 1

Directions

Brown garlic and onions and spices, add water and broth, lentils and couscous. Bring to boil and turn heat down ~10 min, add carrots and greenbeans, simmer ~20 min or until tender. Add water as needed for desired consistency. Makes about 8 2-cup servings

    I dunno if it was just the herbs I used, as I'm an amature cooker, but it wasn't too spectacular. Oh well atleast its healthy. - 7/16/07
