Ingredients

Butter Buds (liquid), 8 oz
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
Sweet 'N Low Brown, 2 tsp
Egg Beaters .5 cup
Mott's Plus Light Apple Juice, 2.67 oz
Vanilla extract, 2 tsp
Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
Quick Oats 4 cup (not instant or old fashion)
Apples, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
Raisins, .5 cup
Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
Sweet 'N Low, 6 Packets
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray muffin tins with Pam Spray. Combine liquid Butter Buds, brown sugars, granulated sugar and sweet 'n low in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Beat in Egg Beaters, apple juice, and vanilla. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg. Mix into creamed mixture at low speed until blended. Stir in oats, apples, and raisins with a spoon. Spoon into muffin tins. (fill only 1/2 of each muffin cup) Bake at 425 degrees until muffins are brown and toothpick inserts in center comes out clean. Cool on cooling rack. Makes about 48 small muffins.
Serve warm with 1 tsp of Dream Whip on top. You can cool and freeze for later use. Simply thaw and heat slightly in microwave. (nutrition values does not include Dream Whip)
(You can also make into bars by...baking at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch bars...about 4 dozen)
