    1/2 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 Egg, fresh, medium
    1 stick Blue Bonnet Light Margarine
    1 cup Skim Milk
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    2 cup Flour, white


Beat egg and margarine, milk, vanilla and Splenda. Mix in dry ingredients. Batter will be thicker than cake mix batter. Bake 350 degrees until done. Serves 10
