    black pepper
    table salt
    olive oil
    green pepper
    Italian seasoned tomatoes
    chicken breast
    Italian seasoning (1 tsp)


1. Pound chicken thin or cut in thin strips.
2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Lightly coat a large, non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add olive oil and heat. Brown chicken until juices run clear, about 5 minutes on each side.
4. Add green pepper, onion, and garlic, cook with chicken until tender (about 2 minutes).
5. Stir in tomatoes and 1 tsp Italian seasoning. Bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over spaghetti.
