    1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined (31-40 count)
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tbsp. lemon juice


Clean shrimp if not already done (may leave tails on if you wish). Place shrimp in medium bowl. Add oil, garlic and lemon. Stir. Let marinate about 10 minutes.
Heat fry pan over high heat. Add shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink, only about 5 minutes or so. Give them a stir about half way through. Don't overcook.
Serves 4

  • Sounds good! Am going to try this but without the olive oil - I use Calphalon pans so there's no need for oils. Instead I lightly spray them on after cooking for flavor. - 5/27/09
