    * Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large (remove)
    * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 5 tbsp (remove)
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * Kirkland Artichoke Hearts marinated in oil, 453.5 gram(s) (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 8 cup (remove)
    * *Cheese, Swiss, Reduced Fat, Alpine Lace, 2 oz (remove)


Simmer eggs in boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes or until hard. Peel and cut eggs coarsely when they have cooled.

Place Spinach in a large bowl.

Drain artichokes and cut into quarters.

Combine the artichokes and oil and vinegar mixture in a frying pan. Cook over medium heat until the artichokes are warm.

Remove from hear and check seasoning.

Add the artichokes and dressing to the spinach and toss.

Transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with the chopped egg.

Top the salad with paper thin strips of swiss cheese.
