Ingredients

    1 can Black Beans (drained), 1 can Kidney Beans (drained), 1 C. Corn, 1/2 Red Onion diced, 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped, Jalapeno diced, 7 stalks of Celery diced, 3 C. Lettuce, 7 Tomatoes diced

Directions

Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and lettuce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and ground cumin. Serve 1/2 C. of mixture over a bed of ~ 1/2 C Lettuce and top with 1 diced Tomato.
