Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cans black beans
    1/2 c chopped onions
    1/2-3/4 c green peppers

Directions

Brown ground turkey.
Towards the end of the turkey browning add onions and green peppers.
Add taco seasoning with amount of water on package.
Drain black beans and rinse.
Add black beans.
Heat until thoroughly warmed.

Enjoy. :) Good by itself or with cheese sprinkled on top.

    It was very good, very tasty, it was a little dry, I put it in a burrito shell with various taco toppings. My picky husband and son both liked it. Maybe a small can of tomatoes or tomato sauce could moisten it up. All in all I liked it a lot and it will be a main stay in my house. Thank you! - 7/8/09
