    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 C. Tomato Sauce
    2/3 C. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 pounds ground beef

    1/4 C. Catsup
    1 tsp dry mustard or yellow mustard
    2 Tbsp brown sugar


Combine eggs, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, onion, salt, sage & pepper. Add beef and mix well. Pat mixture into 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" loaf dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread over meatloaf. Bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
