Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    10 cherry tomatoes, cut up
    4 medium mushrooms, sliced
    2.5 ounces cooked turkey breast, cubed
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1/3 cup baby spinach leaves
    1 cup cooked spaghetti
    1 tsp Kikoman lite soy sauce
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet, add tomatoes and cook about 30 seconds, add mushrooms, cook about 45 seconds, add turkey, garlic and spinach. Stir until all ingredients are warm.
Add spaghetti, salt and pepper. Cook until hot then add soy sauce.

Serves 1
