    1 pkg yeast
    3/4 cup warm water
    1 tsp sugar

    2 tbsp oil
    2 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp onion salt
    1/4 tsp garlic salt

    1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1 tbsp onion flakes
    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp minced garlic

    1 lb. italian sausage, browned
    1 pkg mozzarella cheese


CRUST: Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup water with sugar. Add 1 cup flour and mix. Add oil, oregano, onion salt, garlic salt and 1 cup flour. Knead unused flour into dough, adding more if needed. Let rise in warm place until double.

SAUCE: Combine tomato paste and water. Blend until smooth. Stir in remaining seasonings, set aside.

Pat dough out in a 10 inch, deep dish pie plate that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Spread sauce mixture over dough. Add meat and any additional toppings (olives, green peppers, onions, etc.) Top with grated cheese.

Bake 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
