    1 white onion, chopped
    1 yellow pepper, cut into thin slices
    1 cup portobello or shiitake mushrooms
    1 teaspoon cumin powder
    1 teaspoon cayenne
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 lemon juiced


In a large bowl combine the veggies, the oil, lemon juice, cayenne and cumin. Dehydrate at 105°F for 2 hours to soften and warm. Serve on raw tortillas.
