Introduction

Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    Cake:
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 eggs
    1 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt (pinch)
    20 oz can of crushed pineapple

    Icing:
    1pkg Cream Cheese softened (8 oz.)
    1 box (1 lb) powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Combine cake ingredients until smooth. Pour into 15x10 baking pan (sheet cake). Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
for icing: Mix all the ingredients except the nuts until smooth. Spread over cake, sprinkle with nuts.
