    2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
    1c ketchup
    2 1/2 T brown sugar
    2 1/2 T cider vinegar
    1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
    1T spicy brown mustard
    Tabasco to taste


Place pork in Crockpot (I use frozen steaks).
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook on low 8 hours (4 to 5 if not frozen).
Enjoy over brown rice or on rolls.(not included in NI)
