A little high in sodium, but still a great lunch. A little high in sodium, but still a great lunch.
Number of Servings: 2


    6 tsp Knorr Beef Bouillon

    6 cups of hot water

    10 ounces frozen Mixed Veggies

    1 cup enriched Egg noodles (remember they swell up as they cook)

    1/4 pound left over lean beef - chopped ( like steak or roast)


Bring the water to a boil and add bouillon, stirring to dissolve.
Add veggies and cook until veggies are heated thorugh - about 5 minutes.
Add noodles and cook until done - about 10 minutes.
Add beef and stir to heat through.
Serves 2 as lunch alone Or 4 with a sandwich
