Ingredients

    1 can Great Northern Beans
    3 cups water
    2 tsp beef broth powder
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    2 medium zucchini, sliced - 2 cups
    2 yellow squash, sliced - 2 cups
    1/2 onion diced - 1/2 cup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8-10 ounces frozen spinach
    5 links turkey Italian sausage
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 pint canned tomatoes

Directions

Cook sausage in frying pan until most of pink gone. Cool and slice. Add all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high 4 hours.
