SO good. Low in fat, high in protien SO good. Low in fat, high in protien
Number of Servings: 4


    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2/3 c water
    1/3 c sugar
    1/4c cider vinegar
    1/4c reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 med each green and red pepper cut into 1" pieces
    2T cornstarch
    3T cold Water


Place chicken in 9" baking dish. Set aside. In a sauce pan bring water (2/3 cup) sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to boil stirring constantly. Add peppers, return to boil. Combine corn starch and cold water until smooth. Slowly stir into pepper mix. Bring to boil cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered @ 350 20-25 minutes until done turning once. Serve with rice
