Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1 cup mashed bananas
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend for Baking
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Mix oats and milk in small bowl and put in fridge for one hour. After one hour, mix in egg whites, water, applesauce. Set aside. Take a larger mixing bowl and put rest of dry ingredients together, whisking till mixed. Stir in oat mixture just until moist. Pour into greased and floured muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

*Can add chocolate chips (1 cup) for a kids treat.
