    0.5 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 slice bacon
    2 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
    1/3 cup reduced fat milk
    10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    2 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, bacon (chopped), salt and pepper to taste. Cook until soft, about 6 minutes.

Add cream cheese and milk and cook, stirring until cream cheese is melted.

Squeeze excess liquid out of spinach. Add spinach to skillet and cook until mixture is heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and parmesan cheese.
