Ingredients

    1/2 C frozen sliced sweetened strawberries
    3/4 C frozen sliced peaches
    1 medium banana
    1/2 C milk

Directions

put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend, can add more milk according to desired texture.
this recipe makes 2 servings at 8 ounces each.

    This is a great recipe and healthy as well! I love smoothies and usually add a 1/2 c. yogurt to thicken it up but this recipe was perfect without the yogurt and added calories. The consistency was perfect. I also tried with mango, which was delicious! Thanks. - 4/8/09

    Smoothies are a great way to get all your daily fruit in. It was my first time making one actually. I like it, but the second time I made it, I used apple juice instead of milk and I liked it better that way. It adds a little more sugar though. - 1/11/08

    This was excellent, but I'm not sure the calorie count is correct. I retyped it because I wasn't sure what milk you used. I used 2% milk. When I calculated the nutrition information it came to 270 cal/serving. A little frustrating since I had 2 servings, thinking I was getting about 220 calories! - 11/3/07

    Excellent! I actually made just strawberry and then just the peach mix and then layer them in a glass. Not only is it good but it looks beautiful too! - 8/15/07
