    1 pkg. Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix, prepared per package instructions, to make one large crust

    8 oz. fat free cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
    1/2 cup unsweetened blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained


Preheat oven to 375. Prepare cookie dough mix per package instructions, then spread onto ungreased 9x13 cookie sheet. Bake for 11-14 minutes, or until lightly golden. Cool well in pan.

Meanwhile, cream together the cream cheese, splenda and vanilla. Spread over cooked and cooled cookie dough. Top with fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 12 servings.
