    1 dozen eggs hardboiled yolks seperated
    3 tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    2 cups Fat Free Milk
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Hardboil 1 dozen eggs
Peel and seperate yolks in a seperate bowl.
Cut up the egg whites.

Put butter in a skillet and add flour. Add milk to make a white sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grate egg yolk.

Make toast and pour white sauce over toast. Top with grated egg yolk.
