It was great, family loved it. I used home made bread grumbs from whole wheat toast. I also used egg beater instead of eggs. It helps cut the calories. The taste is so good, that it is hard not to eat more than you should have. It's a keeper. - 1/15/10

This is the easiest, most delicious meatloaf recipe ever. I have been making it for years. Sometimes I add Italian spices and parmesan cheese to the meat and use spaghetti sauce rather than ketchup, and top it with more spaghetti sauce while it bakes. It is always moist and delicious! - 3/20/16

I have made this meatloaf for years and my daughter had it at a friends house made a little different and loved it and I now make this yummy version all of the time and it is healthier.
In place of the ground beef, we use ground turkey and use italian dried bread crumbs and ommit the ketchup.
