    3 oz Starkist Tuna in Water
    1/2 Medium Cucumber, peeled
    1 Dill Pickle Spear
    1 large Celery Stalk
    1/2 Medium Red Ripe Tomato
    1 hard boiled egg (white only)
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Drain tuna, place into bowl.
Dice cucumber, pickle and celery into small equal sized peices.
Chop tomato & Egg white to similar size.
Place into bowl. Salt & pepper to taste.
Is great on additional slices of cusumber or on a low calorie bread, like Sara Lee Delightful whoel wheat with honey (only 90 more calories for 2 slices.
