A good summer dinner. High in Protein. A good summer dinner. High in Protein.
Number of Servings: 3


    Pasta, cooked, 230 grams
    Bertolli Pesto Rosso, 1.5 tbsp
    Rucolla, 64 gram(s)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 147 grams
    Mozzarella, 42 grams
    Basel (Dry)
    Parsley (Dry)
    Black Pepper and Salt (to taste)


* Wash the Chicken and prep it. Season it with Salt and pepper. (and other herbs you like)
Grill until done.
* Cook the Pasta. Once done hold it under cold running water. (to cool it down and stop any further cooking.)
* Wash the Rucolla
* Cut the Mozzarella into pieces (according to your liking)

Mix all the ingredients together.

Done. Enjoy. Feel free to make this recipe your own. If you prefer you can also add some roasted nuts to the salad.
